The company has undertaken a lot of Project Designs, Remedial Measures, Rectification works for various Apartments, Hotels, Office Interiors, Residential Properties, Educational and Industrial institutions through out the country. In between 1988 to 1995 the company executed various designs in various places of Chennai and got immense experience and popularity in the city. In 1995 he shifted from Chennai.

Being a native of Odisha, Dr. Gauranga Charan Patra returned and settled in Bhubaneswar. From 1995, he has been practicing from his Consultancy Office at Bhubaneswar. From 2004 to 2008, the company undertook various Vastu and Astrological Consultancies for various projects of Airport Authorities of India (which comes under the ministry of Civil Aviation) throughout the country.

The company has worked with various reputed Architects of the country. One of the highlight accomplishment was the Project of Bhubaneswar Airport which was designed by Ms. Behal Joshi and Associates, New Delhi. Its Vastu and Astrological services were totally supported by the company. Various Industrial Establishments, Showrooms, Offices, Residential Projects, Leading Restaurants have used services of Dr. G C Patra for their Vastu and Astrology works in Odisha and other states since last 30 years.
